Things You'll Need to prepare for learning care lace closures:
lace closure adhesive remover;
Wide tooth comb;

1.Put lace closure on the foam mannequin head while you are not wearing it. Doing so will not only help the wig maintain its shape, but significantly can avoid the chance of the wig knotting and tangling if kept elsewhere;

2.Untangle the lace closure with a wide tooth comb before using a narrower one, if necessary. Reducing the amount of tug on the hair will cut premature shedding and maintain the original body of the hairpiece;
3,Spray a non-oil based adhesive glue remover around the perimeter of your hairline before attempting to remove the lace closure. Allow the lace to naturally raise from your skin instead of forcing removal, as this may cause significant hair breakage around and premature decomposition of the lace itself;

4.Shampoo and condition the lace closure no more than once every two weeks, if possible. This can be done while wearing the lace closure or setting it on a mannequin head, although the use of cool water to thoroughly rinse the hair should be kept consistent;

5.Allow the lace closure to air dry after washing. lace closures hold a healthier appearance when not overly exposed to heat styling like your own real hair on head.
